Hydro testing

When should I test my CNG cylinder?

Every 3 years from the date of manufacture or from the last hydro test. The date is punched on the cylinder shoulder and shown on your certificate. Also test immediately after an accident, fire or flood.

How much does it cost?

From ₹1,100 to ₹1,900 per cylinder depending on size (10 L to 60 L). Cascade cylinders are ₹1,700 each. See the pricing page for the full list and calculator.

How much time is required?

About 2–3 hours for one cylinder, including de-gassing, removal, test, drying and refitting. Vehicles with multiple cylinders take a little longer.

What happens if my cylinder fails?

A failed cylinder must be condemned so it can't be used again. We'll show you the result and quote for a new certified cylinder with fitment. Nothing extra is done without your approval.

Will a fuel station fill an expired cylinder?

Fuel stations are instructed not to fill cylinders whose test is overdue, and many check the stamp or sticker. Keeping your test current avoids being turned away.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. The new test date is stamped on the cylinder and you receive a test certificate, with a copy on WhatsApp.

Booking & visit

How do I book a slot?

Use the online booking: choose service, vehicle, centre and slot, add your details and send it to us on WhatsApp or email. Or just message us on WhatsApp at +91 93424 24356.

Do I need to pay online?

No. Pay at the centre by UPI, card or cash after the service, or ask for a UPI payment link on WhatsApp. Registered fleets can pay later on a monthly invoice.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes, free of charge. Message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference and the new time you'd like.

What documents should I bring?

Vehicle RC, previous cylinder test certificate (if available) and a photo ID. For retrofitment, also bring your insurance policy.

Which cities do you serve?

Pune (Warje) and Chennai centres are open for booking. Bangalore is opening soon, and we support fleets elsewhere with planned on-site visits.

Retrofitment & valves

Is it legal to fit a CNG kit to my petrol car?

Yes, when an approved kit is fitted by an authorised installer and the change is endorsed on your RC. We provide the fitment documents and support for RTO endorsement and insurance update.

How long does kit fitment take?

One working day for most cars, including ECU tuning and a road test.

I smell gas. What should I do?

Close the cylinder valve, switch off the vehicle or move to petrol, open windows, avoid flames or sparks, and call us. It's often a valve or joint leak that we can fix in under an hour.
