A testing centre that works like a modern service app
CNG has made daily driving cheaper and cleaner for millions of Indian families, taxi drivers and transporters. But every CNG cylinder is a pressure vessel, and keeping it safe depends on regular, honest testing.
We started Green Energy Solutions to make that testing simple. Our centres combine approved equipment and trained technicians with online slot booking, WhatsApp updates and automatic retest reminders — so staying compliant is something you do in 30 seconds, not a day lost in a queue.
Today we test cylinders, fit sequential CNG kits, replace valves and service cascades for private owners, cab fleets, schools, transporters and CNG stations.

Every centre is set up for the full test cycle under one roof.
Hydrostatic test bench
Water-jacket stretch test equipment rated for CNG cylinder test pressures, with calibrated gauges.
De-gassing area
A dedicated, ventilated space to release remaining gas safely before work begins.
Inspection station
Lighting and tools for internal and external inspection against rejection criteria.
Drying unit
Cylinders are fully dried inside before the valve goes back on.
Valve & torque tools
Valve removal and refitting tools set to specified torque, with leak detection.
Fitment bays
Bays for cylinder removal, refitting and full kit retrofitment with ECU tuning.
